Great Central Location!

My room was quite clean upon arrival. A coffee machine was in the room, it was stocked well. Breakfast included many foods, a chef prepared specials. Staff throughout the hotel helped, they welcomed me and gave sightseeing advice.
I found no water in the gym's cooler one day. Another day, there were no cups provided. I think they should check these details more often.

The Beautiful Room has ample space and included two sinks. A rainfall shower was in the bathroom. I found fresh towels daily and toiletries that were replenished, these.

The breakfast was acceptable with a reasonably wide selection.
The room service proved unreliable, as daily water bottle provisions were omitted. A full set of towels was also not consistently provided. Something always seemed to be missing. I had to request these items multiple times, inconvenient.

A Stay with Some Minor Issues

The hotel is near the main boulevard. The breakfast offered a good variety of options. The indoor pool was also a highlight. Diana from Guest Relations was professional.
I found a few issues . The gym lacked water in the cooler on one day. There were no cups available on another day. Room service sometimes missed providing items like Kleenex refills.
